New global study finds leafy greens, berries, citrus fruit and orange vegetables can provide the optimum ‘5-a-day’ diet. 

2 million people from 29 countries took part in the study, which found that a ratio of 60:40 in favour of vegetables to provide the most benefit.

Experts from Harvard Medical School found that consumers often had inconsistent information about which vegetables and fruit were most beneficial to everyday diets.
