Maersk confirms MCI is up for sale

Maersk actively considering selling Maersk Container Industry (MCI)

As the only global manufacturer to build both the reefer container and the machinery, MCI has simplified its operations in recent years. The second largest global reefer manufacturer now focuses on reefer containers and machinery. AP Moeller Maersk is now looking at ‘strategic options’ for MCI.
