Garry Honey is a visiting professor in risk at the London Institute of Banking & Finance. He runs management programmes for corporate boards on risk governance and risk literacy. Anne-Sophie Zerlang is the Head of Global Reefer Management in Maersk Line, and responsible for developing and executing the global reefer strategy through a dedicated team of reefer specialists around the world. Maersk Line is the largest container line in the world, and a pioneer and leader in the transport of refrigerated cargo with 80 years of experience in reefer transportation. Anne-Sophie joined Maersk Line in 2002 starting in Finance and Operations. Since 2007, she has held a multitude of positions in trade management across regions and trade – latest as Portfolio manager for the Maersk Line Latin America services, where she had a strong focus on banana transportation; developing strong partnership contracts through her specialty in conversions from reefer vessels to containers. Anne-Sophie is passionate about customers, global trade and the role Maersk plays in helping reefer customers put food on people’s tables across the globe.
